Good turnout with 14 shooters and a beautiful day to be on the range!
Three stages today, each requiring the contestant to transition between both guns engaging a pretty good variety of targets including clays, steel, silhouettes and water cans. Most shooters expended about 100 rounds total between their firearms so we did our part to keep the ammo companies happy. Also had two ladies, Kathy Kiwacka and Angela Greenwell, competing and doing quite well today. Welcome ladies!

Congratulations to Michael Teague for being the 2016 top gun winner in the Level 1 group and we welcome him into the Level 2 group for 2017. Michael was also voted our “Most Improved” Action Shooter for 2016…he’s a hard-working perfectionist for sure.
Next month, March 11, will be a shotgun/pistol match. Will try to give a few more details before then.
