Many thanks to all seventeen of you who came out today to make this one of our more successful matches and especially for all the help setting up & scoring. Special welcome to first-time participants Walt Stiller, Roger Frye and Dakota Lee. Hope you enjoyed the match enough to join in again in the future.
Billy Haynes ran the first stage with a multi-plate set up with some movement and barricade work. Thanks to Jerry Lock for donating six barrels to the club to use as barricades in this event as well as future games. Next we had a pistol/rifle combo with silhouettes. Lastly, a good time with both guns against those water-filled cans mounted on individual posts…always interesting!

Several of us club members met after the match to discuss ways to improve the shooter flow and reduce downtime when we are fortunate enough to have large groups and I think we have some good ideas to accomplish that goal. More on that later when I get the May match preview out to you.
