Upcoming RGC Pistol/Only Action Match for Feb. 13th(new start time-9:30)

Greetings fellow shooters! With that we’ll get to the meat of this discussion by saying desperate times require desperate action. We’re in an ammo and reloading supply crisis so the choices are to give it up for awhile and hope for better times or to adjust and figure out a way to keep on enjoying our sport as much as we can under the circumstances. Here’s the plan:

1.. We’ll allow rimfire or centerfire guns in all matches with the 20% adjustment for an equalizer.
2.. For this February match only, we will have a match fee of $10.00. All 2021 matches after February will go back to the usual $20.00 match fee.
3.. RGC has a limited amount of .22 rimfire ammo available which will be sold at the range to be used in the match only for the price of $10.00 per hundred rounds.

Now some good news. We plan to have our 2020 year-end award trophies and cash prizes ready for pick up at the range this match day. If you haven’t already guessed it, these are our 2020 overall winners who did a fine job of competing while displaying a high level of sportsmanship this past year:

Level 1..(1st)Mitch Stirewalt; (2nd)Emily Haynes; (3rd)Bob Beaver; (4th)Scott Stiles
Level 2..(1st)Billy Haynes; (2nd)Jeff Lewis; (3rd)Boyce Lomax; (4th)John Kiwacka

Most Improved..Emily Haynes

Great job shooters!   Don’t forget that we have temporarily changed our match starting time to 9:30 until further notice.
